Vyka is NOT a medical device. All nutritional estimates provided by the AI are for informational purposes only. Do not rely on Vyka for medical decisions, allergy management, or treatment of any health condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet.

3. AI Estimates

You acknowledge that AI-generated nutrition data is based on estimates and may not be 100% accurate. Factors like portion size, hidden ingredients, and preparation methods can affect accuracy.

4. Subscriptions

Vyka offers free scans with an optional upgrade for unlimited use. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. All billing and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to upload harmful content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vyka and its developers are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, or any reliance on the AI's nutritional estimates.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
